1. Zero Tolerance for Child Labour

We do not employ any person below the legal minimum working age as defined under applicable Indian law. No child below the age of 14 years shall be employed in any capacity. For hazardous or restricted roles, only individuals 18 years and above may be employed.

2. Compliance with Laws & Standards

We comply with:

  • The Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 (as amended)

  • Applicable labour and employment laws of India

  • Relevant international standards on child rights and labour

3. Age Verification

We follow strict hiring procedures to verify the age of all employees using valid government-issued identification and documentation.

4. Prohibition in the Supply Chain

Our suppliers, contractors, and business partners are required to:

  • Strictly prohibit child labour

  • Follow all applicable labour laws

  • Maintain proper employee age records

Failure to comply may result in termination of business relationships.

5. Protection of Young Workers

Where legally permitted to employ adolescents (14–17 years), we ensure:

  • Work is non-hazardous

  • Working hours comply with law

  • Safety, health, and development are not adversely affected

6. Reporting & Corrective Action

Any suspected violation must be reported immediately. We will:

  • Investigate reports promptly and confidentially

  • Take corrective actions where violations are found

  • Ensure that no child is harmed or exploited during remediation
